HOW TO REACH US AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY

By Train

The main train station is Termini, while Tiburtina is further away.

– Arrival:

  1. Take Metro Line A (red) towards Battistini.

  2. Get off at the third stop: SPAGNA.

  3. Upon exiting, turn right onto Via del Babuino and walk approximately 300 meters to the apartment.

  – Alternatively, you can take a public taxi from the taxi area in Piazzale dei Cinquecento, located in front of the station.

– Departure towards Termini:

  Take Metro Line A (red) from Spagna station towards Anagnina. Get off at the third stop, Termini.

By Air: Fiumicino Airport

From the airport, you can choose among several options to reach the property:

1. Shuttle Bus (from €7.00):

   – Exit Terminal 3 and follow the signs to the bus station (platform 12).

   – Take the shuttle bus to Termini Station, which stops at Via Marsala 5 (in front of the Best Western Royal Santina Hotel).

   – For the return, the shuttle departs from the same location.

   – From Termini, follow the instructions in the “By Train” section.

2. Leonardo Express Train (from €18.00):

   – The Leonardo Express offers a direct connection from the airport to Termini Station in just 32 minutes.

   – For the return, the train departs directly from Termini.

   – Once at Termini, follow the instructions in the “By Train” section.

3. Public Taxi (from €55.00):

   – Use only official taxis, which are white and have the fixed rate displayed on the door.

   – The current flat rate to the city center is €55.00.

4. Private Transfer (NCC):

   – Upon request, we can arrange a private transfer service. A driver will meet you at the airport with a sign displaying your name and take you directly to the apartment.

   – This service is also available for transfers from the apartment to the airport.

   – The cost for two people is €60.00/65.00, payable directly to the driver. Options for larger groups with vans or minibuses are also available.

Please note that driving and parking in the area can be challenging, as it is a central location within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).

– ZTL active hours:

  – Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).

  – Saturday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).

  – Hours may vary during events or special occasions.

Paid parking options near the apartment:

– Parcheggio Vantaggio: Via del Vantaggio, 44 (300 meters, ZTL).

– Autorimessa Belsiana: Via Belsiana, 98 (400 meters, ZTL).

– SABA Villa Borghese Parking: Viale del Galoppatoio, 33 (1100 meters, outside ZTL).

– Parcheggio Colonna: Via Santa Maria in Via, 11-13 (1100 meters, ZTL).

– Parcheggio Ludovisi: Via Ludovisi, 60 (1100 meters, outside ZTL).
